i Bought the Lenovo LOQ to see weather " budget" gaming laptops can be trusted, and i must admit - Lenovo impressed me with this one!
Other than the plastic body, the quality of this feels good, not NEXT LEVEL but good for what you pay.
Lenovo is known for having exceptional internals but not so great externals. the LOQ seems to attempt to change that!

i have 4060 for 3440x1440 and it is fine!
Although you give lots of information, the best sentence for mankind is "You don't have to charge for everything". I think the watch fit 3 will check most of the boxes. Most important is the price because I dont want to spend like €700 for a Garmin. But I also want a very good, fancy looking watch to monitor my sleep, health, heart and fitness.

It all depends on the specials you can get, usually going for a model thats a year old when a new one comes out is a good idea. Most midrange priced laptops are very competitive with eachother. Do some research, monotor the market for 6 months before you buy- if you have that luxury

If you want to do editing, then go with predator Helios, and if you want to do graphic rendering or 3-D designing or 3-D modelling, you should go with Lenovo loq bro easy

it wont explode or damage motherboard while pushing his limits. 14900k goes 150+ degrees on overclock, so its a need for record.
so it doesn't overheat and shut down i would assume
The issue with cold tends to actually come from condensation which then shorts the electrics. There is probably a materials limit at some point but the higher the overclock, the hotter it's running so it keeps itself warm enough.
So the pc doesnt overheat also the part like the motherboard has ln2 mode that unlock everything and can run lower than -100°c
